The City of West Covina invites qualified businesses, contractors, and vendors to take part in the Bidding and Proposal Opportunities process.  The City of West Covina is now using a third-party site, known as Planet Bids, for announcement of bid documents, RFQs, and RFPs.   Please register as a vendor through our Planet Bids portal to receive direct emails about upcoming Bids, RFQs, and RFPs.  You may register as a vendor for free by clicking the link below:

Below is the list of current Bids, RFQ's, and RFP's that are under the prior system.  After May 21st, all Bids, RFQ's and RFP's will be announced solely through the Planet Bids portal.  Register as a vendor to obtain project specific announcements in your area of interest.

The City of West Covina (City) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to implement a replacement firewall at City Hall an additional firewall at the Police Department and for each remote site for the utilization point to point VPNs.

PROPOSAL SUBMISSION

Proposals must be for the entire scope of services outlined in this RFP.  Incomplete proposals will not be considered.  Three (3) bound and sealed copies and 1 electronic copy (flash drive is preferred method, emails not accepted) are to be submitted to the Office of the City Clerk, along with the attached "Statement of Non-Collusion by Contractor" (Attachment A), and if applicable a Subcontractor Campaign Contribution Acknowledgment Form (Attachment D) must be filled out and returned with the proposal, no later than 5:00 p.m. Thursday February 15, 2018.  Submissions received after this deadline will be rejected.  Submissions by facsimile or electronic mail will not be accepted.  Proposals shall be submitted and addressed as follows:
