• 8/2009: McIntyre Companies has signed a lease with Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant for 5,500 square feet at the center. Currently, Buffalo Wild Wings is in the entitlement stage.

• 10/2009: The steel framework is starting to go up, the utilities have been installed and exterior work has commenced.

• 11/2009: Major exterior improvements underway, the building has been painted, signs have been installed. Currently finishing up interior improvements, painting walls, installing kitchen equipment and installing countertops.

• 12/2009: On December 21, 2009 Buffalo Wild Wings held its Grand Opening ceremony and opened its doors to customers.

Jersey Mike's Subs

• 7/2011: Jersey Mike's Sub's has started interior work on underground plumbing, rough electrical and framing on their 1,285 square feet space.

• 8/2011: Jersey Mike's Subs opened to the public on July 31, 2011 offering flavorful Jersey styled subway sandwiches served on fresh bread that is baked daily to the West Covina community.
