The center is being reconfigured to accommodate a joint Toys R' Us and Babies R' Us store (66,500 square feet) and a second space for a future tenant (29,500 square feet).
- 4/2011: Interior demolition nears completion. Façade improvements have begun.
- 5/2011: Work continues on the future new store front for the Toys R Us and Babies R Us.
- 6/2011: The storefront for Toys R Us and Babies R Us is being installed. Construction continues on the exterior framing as well as the application of concrete and stucco.
- 7/2011: Toys R Us and Babies R Us are continuing their tenant improvements. Michael's has installed their store signs and have started their tenant improvement work.

Toys R Us / Babies R Us opened its West Covina location on September 9, 2011. It's a combination store with full-sized Toys R Us and Babies R Us stores under one roof.
