Quailridge Shopping Center is a 9.39-acre commercial retail center consisting of approximately 167,000 square feet, located on the corner of Nogales Street and La Puente Road. A Foodmart International is to occupy the former Sav-On.
12/2008: Foodmart International located inside Quailridge Shopping Center is now framing skylights, along with the installation of drywall.
3/2009: The Foodmart International in Quailridge Shopping Center is now in the final stages of tenant improvements and has begun dry stocking.
5/2009: The Food Mart International in Quailridge Shopping Center has completed dry stocking and is tentatively scheduled to open for business end of this month (May 2009).
On May 11, 2009 Foodmart International opened its doors to customers. CDC staff continues to work with the property owner to tenant the shopping center.
10/2010: The Vision Center held its grand opening on Sunday, October 3rd.
