5/2010: New businesses, La Pizza Loca and Flavor Fresh (Frozen Yogurt & Gelato) have opened their doors to customers. The property owner has recently signed a lease with $1$2$3 Dollar Store.
6/2010: $1$2$3 Dollar Store opened its doors for business on June 17th.
7/2010: Tenant improvement work has started for Access Dental located at 1208 West Francisquito Avenue Unit E.
8/2010: Blue Hills Dental is continuing work on their interior framing.
9/2010: Façade signage has been installed for Blue Hills Dental and interior drywall is being completed.
10/2010: Blue Hills Dental is finalizing interior improvements.
