12/2008: Concrete block walls are now being erected for the new 23,806 square foot retail building located at Sunset & Francisquito Shopping Center.
3/2009: Facade improvements are near completion in the Sunset Francisquito Shopping Center.
5/2009: The Sunset Francisquito center is in the final phases of construction with facade improvements of DD's Discounts and Susie's Deals completed.
8/2009: Construction continues on the interior improvements.
10/2009: Additional tenant space facing W. Francisquito Avenue is available for lease
11/2009: Melrose Family Fashions has opened its doors to customers.
1/2010: Property owner is completing improvements to the back elevation of building and landscaping through center. China Bowl is working on their tenant improvements.
2/2010: China Bowl opened for business on February 5th.
5/2010: New businesses, La Pizza Loca and Flavor Fresh (Frozen Yogurt & Gelato) have opened their doors to customers. The property owner has recently signed a lease with $1$2$3 Dollar Store.
6/2010: $1$2$3 Dollar Store opened its doors for business on June 17th.
