-CGM Nogales Medical Plaza-
Development of a 70,000 sq. ft. commercial medical office development at the Alameda Corridor East site located northeast corner of Nogales and Valley.
As of August 14, 2007, forms for columns are being built.
As of September 26, 2007, CGM poured their concrete panels for the walls.
As of October 22, 2007, walls are being constructed at the site.
Installation of wood roof is being completed and work on installing the third floor has started.
As of December 3, 2007, CGM is completing interior steel framing and working on installing floor beams.

As of February 14, 2008, tenant continues inside on the building rough electrical and plumbing. On the outside, the roof is being sealed and windows are being installed.
