Products Exchange Program
This program provides West Covina residents an alternative to sending products to the landfill. Instead of throwing away usable appliances, furniture, electronics, etc., you may list them with the City's Product Exchange program for the benefit of your neighbors in the community.

The Public Works Maintenance Division keeps a database of items that are Available for reuse and items that are Requested. Our department will put the two parties in touch with each other for the exchange. In order to list items you have available or request products that you need, call our department at (626) 939-8458 or send us an e-mail.

Our database of products is constantly changing, so call us to see if we have items that you are looking for. Below are some examples of items that are frequently donated and requested. The only restriction to this program is that there must be no fee exchanged for any items listed.
