Low Income Senior Waste Collection Discount

Did you know that the City of West Covina and Athens Services offer a 25 percent rate reduction on the waste collection fees?

This offer applies only to Low-Income Senior Citizens 62 years or older residing in single-family homes in the City of West Covina. The maximum allowable gross household income to qualify for the program ranges from $41,450 to $78,150, based on the number of residents in the home.
