Department Budget Information
The recruiting of City employees, maintaining employee records, performing salary and classification studies, and coordinating employee training programs are some of the activities of the Human Resources Department.
This Department is responsible for the administration of the City's human resources.
The Department also oversees the City's relations with its employees through formal and informal meetings, circulation of written information, and directions and guidance in grievance and disciplinary matters.
The Department provides staff support and coordinates the activities of the Personnel Commission.
