On-line Instructions
For your convenience, we offer an employment application on-line however, you must have the full Adobe Acrobat software, Version 5 or later. This allows you to complete the form on-line and email it to the address below. Please note: An original signature will be obtained on applications that are emailed during the selection process.

If you do not have Acrobat Version 5 or later you can download Acrobat Reader for free. This will only allow you to complete, print and mail the application to us.

Mailing Instructions
You may also complete the application on-line; then print, sign and mail it to the address below (see Directions for Completing the Forms On-line).

Directions for Completing the Forms Online

1. Click on the links for Pages 1, 2 and 3.
   
   
2. Complete all fields by typing directly into them from your computer
   
   
3. When finished, save the completed forms to your hard drive by clicking on the floppy disk icon in the top left corner and SAVE AS. This will save the completed application forms to your hard drive.
   
   
4. Then, click this link hrapps@westcovina.org to send an e-mail to the West Covina Human Resources Department.
   
   
5. Before sending the e-mail, be sure to ATTACH the saved forms to the e-mail.
