Thomas Bachman

Mr. Thomas Bachman is a resident of Glendora and was once a resident of West Covina. Mr. Bachman has twenty years of municipal finance experience. He recently served as the Finance Director for the City of Commerce, a position he had held since 1992. 

Prior to his position as Finance Director, Mr. Bachman worked as the Assistant Finance Director for the City of Commerce from 1987-1992 and as an Accountant for the City of Santa Fe Springs from 1982-1987. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Los Angeles. 

Mr. Bachman is a member of the California Society of Municipal Finance Officers, the Government Finance Officers Association, and the California Municipal Treasurers Association.
