I. CONSENT CALENDAR
All items listed under the consent calendar may be enacted by a single motion without separate discussion. If, however, discussion or a separate vote on any item is desired by an Agency Boardmember, that item may be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered separately.
APPROVAL OF LEASE AGREEMENTS WITH JAMES SCHWEDLER AND ALBERT MOAYER FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2533 WORKMAN AVENUE
It is recommended that the Agency Board 1) approve a lease agreement with James N. Schwedler (dba Jimmy's Muffler Service) to lease approximately 1,734 square feet of the Agency-owned property located at 2533 Workman Avenue, 2) approve a lease agreement with Mr. Albert Moayer (dba Ultimate Auto Repair) for approximately 1,222 square feet of the property located at 2533 Workman Avenue, and 3) authorize the Executive Director, or his designee, to execute all necessary agreements.
