SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
WEST COVINA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
October 19, 2004
Chairman Miller called to order the special meeting of the West Covina Community Development Commission at 6:15 p.m. in the City Managers Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

Councilmembers Herfert, Hernandez (arrived at 6:32 p.m.)
Wong (arrived at 6:18 p.m.)
Others Present: Pasmant, Alvarez-Glasman, Fields, Chung
PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA
Dave Murphy Dave Murphy, Desert European Motors, stated he would like to bring his dealership to West Covina and projected sales would be between $60 - $70 million.
Steve Reenders Steve Reenders, representing the Country Club Center, requested that the City not invoke owner participation rights with the owners of the Country Center and stated the owners would like the chance to renovate the center without City involvement.
Recess Due to business being considered by the City Council, Chairman Miller recessed the closed session at 7:20 p.m. to conduct the regularly scheduled City Council/CDC meetings in the Council Chambers and reconvened the closed session at 11:35 p.m. to discuss the following items, which had not yet been considered.
