COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
January 4, 2005
Chairman Miller called to order the special meeting of the West Covina Community Development Commission at 6:05 p.m. in the City Manager’s Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

Councilmembers Herfert, Hernandez
Absent: Councilmember Wong

CLOSED SESSION Chairman Miller commenced the closed session at 6:10 p.m. to discuss the following matter:
CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS

Property: 298 N. Azusa Avenue
1900 E. Garvey Avenue South
Agency Negotiators: Pasmant, Alvarez-Glasman, Chung, Lee
Negotiating Parties: Hassen Imports Partnership and
West Covina Motors, Inc.
Under Negotiation: Terms of exchange of property
ADJOURNMENT Chairman Miller adjourned the meeting at 6:55 p.m.
