A. CONSIDERATION OF A REQUEST FROM ZIAD ALHASSEN TO EXTEND THE COMPLETION DATES UNDER THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED DISPOSITION, DEVELOPMENT AND OWNER PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT AND RESOLUTION OF DISPUTED CLAIMS (HASSEN IMPORTS PARTNERSHIP AND WEST COVINA MOTORS, INC.) ("FIRST AMENDMENT")
It is recommended that the CDC Board approve the extension of the completion dates by two and one half months as contained in the attached revised First Amendment to the Second Amended and Restated Disposition, Development and Owner Participation Agreement and Resolution of Disputed Claims (Hassen Imports Partnership and West Covina Motors, Inc.)
