SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
September 20, 2005
Chairman Sanderson called to order the special meeting of the West Covina Community Development Commission at 5:45 p.m. in the City Manager’s Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Chairman Sanderson, Vice Chairman Wong, Commissioner Herfert, Commissioner Hernandez, Commissioner Miller

CLOSED SESSION Chairman Sanderson commenced the closed session at 5:55 p.m. to discuss the following matters:
CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS —

Property: Parcels, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Tentative Parcel
Map 60193
Agency Negotiators: Andrew Pasmant, Chris Chung

Under Negotiation: Terms of Sale
Property: Property adjacent to existing Parking Structure located at Edwards Theatre

Recess Chairman Sanderson recessed the meeting at 6:55 p.m. and will reconvene after the regular City Council meeting to discuss the property located at:
Parcels, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Tentative Tract Map 60193 under negotiations with West Covina Heights, S.C., LLC.
ADJOURNMENT The special meeting reconvened at in the Council Chambers at 10:11 p.m. with all members presented.
Motion by Sanderson and seconded by Herfert to adjourn at 10:11 p.m. Motion carried 5-0.
