Establishment of a Community Development Commission
This revised ordinance for adoption was introduced at the City Council meeting of December 2, 2003. This ordinance establishes the need for a Community Development Commission. The effective date of this ordinance, if adopted tonight, will be January 15, 2004. It is recommended that the City Council adopt the following ordinance:
