a) Charter Communications Settlement Agreement
This ordinance was introduced at the City Council meeting of June 21, 2005. This ordinance would reduce the amount of liquidated damages owed for any late payment of franchise fee's from twenty four percent (24%) per year to twelve percent (12%) per year, and would modify the payment schedule for payment of franchise fee's to be paid within thirty (30) days following the close of each calendar quarter as opposed to semi-annually. This ordinance will become effective 30 days after adoption, August 4, 2005. It is recommended that the City Council adopt the following ordinance:
