It is recommended that the City Council accept the proposal of IMS Infrastructure Management Services for an amount "not to exceed" $33,600, and authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer and City Clerk to execute a consultant agreement for the work to be done.

It is recommended that the City Council approve sending a letter supporting the proposed infrastructure bond ballot measure to the League of California Cities and State elected officials serving West Covina.

It is recommended that the City Council waive the formal contract procedure and approve the purchase of 15 XTS5000 UHF Portable Radios from Motorola, Inc. at a total cost of $51,547.57 including sales tax per Los Angeles County Contract #40856.
