This ordinance was introduced at the City Council meeting of August 15, 2006 and its adoption would increase the likelihood of enforcement and prosecution of violators of any rules or regulations posted at parks, recreation areas or public places in the City. This ordinance will become effective 30 days after adoption on October 5, 2006.
