Regular Meeting of February 13, 2008
Motion by Nance, seconded by Sykes, to approve the Summary of Actions of February 13, 2008. Motion carried 3-0-1(abstention).

VIII. STAFF REPORTS/DISCUSSION — Artie discussed the welcome letter for new HR Commissioners and explained that staff has now developed a New Commissioner Checklist in an effort to ensure that there is consistency in the process we follow when new commissioners are appointed to the HR Commission.

X. ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Pando-Umaguing, seconded by Sykes, to adjourn the meeting at 6:54 P.M. Motion carried 4-0. The next regular meeting of the Human Resources Commission is scheduled for Wednesday, April 9, 2008, at 6:30 P.M.
