Brown Act limits the Planning Commission and staff's ability to respond to comments on non-agendized matters at the time such comments are made. LOCATION: 1643 West San Bernardino Road
The applicant is requesting a conceptual plan review of a proposed 70-unit, small-lot, single-family residential development located at 1643 San Bernardino Road (between Azusa Canyon Road and Irwindale Avenue.) The subject property is located in "Manufacturing" (M-1) Zone. The lot is currently developed with an Alta Dena drive-in dairy and a 2,436-square foot single-family house. The subject property is 281,097 square feet (6.45 acres).
