  • If you see graffiti in progress, call 9-1-1 immediately and you could get a $100 reward.  See FAQ for more information.

  • Or to report graffiti that has already occurred, email graffiti@wcpd.org or call the Graffiti Hotline at (626) 939-8800 to have it removed.  Email is preferred for faster clean up response and tracking purposes.

The City of West Covina has a graffiti abatement contract with Superior Property Services, Inc. The response time requirement to remove graffiti is between 24 and 48 hours after the message is placed on the hotline. All messages are checked daily.   Please include the specific address or location where the graffiti is located, along with the item defaced (e.g., a block wall on the southbound side of Merced Avenue at Walnut Street.)
