The City of West Covina receives funds from the South Coast Air Quality Management District (AQMD) in Order to reduce air pollution from on-road mobile sources. 

Our Transportation Programs focus on reducing air pollution through the promotion of ridesharing, use of alternative forms of transportation (buses, Metrolink, trains, etc.), the use of alternative fuel vehicles or other clean engine technologies.
