The Street Section performs general maintenance and repairs to streets and sidewalks citywide.  They respond to service requests for the following items:

For questions or concerns regarding asphalt/concrete repair, such as patching potholes, sidewalk repair, curb and gutter removal and/or repair or tree well maintenance please call (626) 939-8458.

If you have questions or would like to report graffiti on City street signs, please call (626) 939-8458.  All other graffiti should be reported to the graffiti hotline at (626) 939-8800.

The Street Section also maintains City signs:

We respond to service requests for signs damaged in traffic collisions, to provide barricades in emergency situations, to provide stop signs when signals are out of order.  We also perform striping of streets and parking legends citywide.

The Electrical Division of the Street Section provides maintenance for traffic signals within the City.

We also work in conjunction with CalTrans to provide maintenance to traffic signals at freeway onramps and off ramps.  The Electrical section of Street maintenance also provides repairs to lighting at City parks.

The Sewer / Wastewater section cleans sewer mains, maintains sewer lift stations, maintains freeway underpass lift stations, adjusts manhole lids, Clean Catch Basins, and maintains Storm Drains citywide.
