Eye-Das II A daytime support group for the sight impaired on the first Monday of every month, from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. in Room 4. It is open to anyone - wearing glasses to total blindness. The group will also offer an opportunity for socialization, education, sharing of similar problems and the seeking of solutions. Please tell those who cannot read this about the group. CAPS Alzheimer's Day Services CAPS Alzheimer's Day Services is an adult day care program specializing in care for older adults with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. CAPS provides a safe and friendly environment in which persons experiencing memory loss and confusion can socialize with others and participate in enjoyable activities such as music, crafts, and exercise. CAPS also focuses on helping family members and caregivers by providing support groups, free educational seminars, consultation, and a rest from the difficult task of caregiving.
CAPS is a nonprofit organization which assists persons with Alzheimer's disease or with any kind of memory loss. Our services provide Day Care for the elderly so that they may me able to live at home longer with their loved ones, rather than being placed in an assisted living environment.
