I. REQUEST:

Milford Walker, West Covina Resident

THAT PARKING ON THE NORTH SIDE OF DURNESS STREET FROM EVANWOOD AVENUE TO BROADMOOR AVENUE BE RESTRICTED TO PERMIT ONLY PARKING.

SUMMARY:

The request stems from the problem associated with the residents from across the street that park their vehicles adjacent to these homes obstructing the line of sight of vehicle exiting the driveways, and making it difficult for the homeowners to find parking adjacent to their homes.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

THAT PARKING ON THE NORTH SIDE OF DURNESS STREET FROM EVANWOOD AVENUE TO BROADMOOR AVENUE BE RESTRICTED TO PERMIT ONLY PARKING.
