Mayor Touhey called to order the special meeting of the West Covina City Council at 8:15 a.m. in the West Covina Community Room, First Floor, at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

MEETING WITH SUPERVISOR MICHAEL ANTONOVICH

Mayor Touhey opened the meeting welcoming Supervisor Antonovich and introductions were made.

Staff presented a brief overview and a PowerPoint presentation on the following items.

Green Linkages Project (Lyndel Morgan)
Public Safety Communication System (Clay Durbin)
Graffiti Abatement (Steve Samaniego)
Pavement of Orange Avenue from Puente to Northern City Limits (Shannon Yauchzee)
Shadow Oak Park Michele McNeill)
Appreciation for Funding for Galster Park, Cortez Park, and Defibrillators (Chris Freeland)
Update on Big League Dreams/BKK Development (Chris Chung)
605/10 Freeway Interchange - Mayor Touhey stated that the City looked forward to working with the County to work towards the 605/10 freeway interchange improvements.

Supervisor Antonovich thanked staff for hosting the meeting.

ADJOURNMENT Motion by Touhey and seconded by Lane to adjourn the meeting at 9:12 a.m.
