A. ANNUAL CITY LOAN FOR THE WEST COVINA MERGED REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA
It is recommended that the Community Development Commission approve the following resolution:

It is recommended that the CDC adopt the following resolution:

C. RELEASE OF RFQ'S FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES RELATED TO THE REFINANCING OF THE CDC DEBT OWED TO THE CITY
It is recommended that the Community Development Commission:

1. Receive and file this report.
2. Approve the extension of the debt repayment schedule to the City to the year 2025 as included in this report.
