A. EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATING AGREEMENT WITH WEST COVINA GOLF & RESORT, LLC
It is recommended that the CDC Board authorize the Executive Director to prepare and execute a 180-day Exclusive Negotiating Agreement ("ENA") with one (1) 90-day extension option with the West Covina Golf & Resort, LLC ("Developer") in order for the Developer to conduct due-diligence and negotiate potential terms for a golf course and hotel development at the Sportsplex site.
