West Covina Sunrise Rotary 16th Annual Bill Tarozzi Sr. Memorial Golf Classic
WEST COVINA, CA - The West Covina Sunrise Rotary Club is seeking support for the upcoming Bill Tarozzi Sr. Memorial Golf Classic. The club has been working with community businesses for over 16 years. As a result of their efforts, they have sponsored several West Covina projects including: the West Covina Teacher Grants, Shoes & Socks Program for under-privileged children, and the Red Ribbon Rally promoting a drug and gang free environment. They have also provided funding support for college scholarship and educational grant programs that provide thousands of dollars for Nogales, West Covina and South Hills high school students to pursue their college degrees.

The upcoming golf classic is a special opportunity to contribute toward their primary fundraiser that provides funding support for scholarship and various charity programs. If you would like to be a sponsor and be a part of this important cause, you may either provide a charitable cash donation, provides some raffle prizes, or contribute to the live auction.

The event will be held at Via Verde Country Club in the City of San Dimas on Monday, April 28, 2008. The day will include lunch and a game of best-ball golf! Immediately thereafter, an awards banquet will be held complete with food and beverages, raffle and a live auction.

West Covina Sunrise Rotary is a non-profit organization and all donations are tax deductible. All profits from the event will be distributed to local high school seniors for a college scholarship. If you have any questions I encourage you to call Mark Tedesco at (626) 939-8504.
