The City of West Covina provides "live" and archived video and audio of City Council Meetings. To view the video, users must install the FREE QuickTime 7 Player which can be downloaded at the Apple QuickTime.
Advisory Note: Best Viewed with Cable Modem or DSL Connections.

Once the software is installed, the "live" video of West Covina City Council Meetings can be viewed while the meeting is in progress at the link below.
