The City of West Covina is Now Accepting CDBG Proposals
The City of West Covina receives an annual grant of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). These funds have been used to fund a variety of programs and projects that benefit lower income persons, senior citizens, persons with disabilities, persons who are homeless or in danger of being homeless, and other special population groups in West Covina.
The City of West Covina is currently soliciting public service proposals for the FY 2018-2019 CDBG Program. Service providers wishing to submit proposals may request or pick up an application packet beginning Thursday, March 1, 2018, at West Covina City Hall, City Clerks Office, Room 317, 1444 West Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
The proposals should be for projects with the purpose of providing services that benefit lower income persons, elderly and persons with disabilities living in West Covina for fiscal year 2018-19.
Applications can be mailed or emailed on request.
