Approved Sign Programs
All signs erected in the City of West Covina shall comply with the standards and regulations contained in the West Covina Sign Code; however, signs at commercial sites are also subject to standards and conditions contained in an approved Planning Sign Program for the site.
The following list includes some approved Planned Sign Programs within the City. If you are unable to find a copy of an approved sign program for a particular center, please contact the Planning Department at (626) 939-8422 for more information, or visit the City of West Covina Municipal Code Article VII, Section 26-301.
