The West Covina Police Department does not accept parking citation payments.  Citations must be paid by due date to avoid late penalties.  Postmarks are accepted.  Payments can only be made in the following manner:

No extensions are given and there are no partial payments for citations.

Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and debit cards with these credit card logos.   Credit card payments are accepted upon verification of valid identification.

To contest a parking citation you will need to complete an Administrative Review Form which can be obtained at the West Covina Police Department.
