City Department Presentation: None today, but we will arrange to have one for the next meeting

Community Center (Gym)

• 1,300 people were in attendance
• WCYC made $111 off the raffle

New Business
Bylaw revisions

• Marlin moves to approve bylaw revisions as amended, which becomes retroactive to November 1, 2003
• Wu seconds
• Motion passes 4:0

American Cancer Society Training

• Training booklets are ready for the training day, Monday March 8, 2004 at 5:30 in MRC room at City Hall
