Eric Wu - Chairman

Age: 16

Grade: 11th

School: Covina High School

Clubs: Marching Band and Salsa Band, Associated Student Body (Commissioner of Public Relations), Tennis (Captain 2004), Drama, Asian Culture Club (Secretary), Yearbook (Academics), Random People's club, California Scholarship Federation, D.A.W.G.S, Class Council ('06), and Math Club.

Interests: Personally, I enjoy doing anything and everything that creates adrenaline. Everything from skateboarding, to playing sports, to paint-balling. I love being involved in school and the city to learn more and to meet new people.

Reason for joining WCYC: I was involved with WCYC in 8 th grade, when my sister told me about it. When she got me involved, I have enjoyed being in the Youth Council and I enjoy doing it because I get an input for the youth in the city.

Mario Morales - Vice Chair

Age: 16

School: Covina High School

Clubs: Tennis, ASB (Secretary of Activities), Class Council ('06), Drama, Journalism, D.A.W.G.S (President), CSF, Random Peoples Club, Bible as Lit, Math Club and Book Club.

Interests: I love being involved with school, I am a NERD! Music is my passion and playing tennis is one of my hobbies I enjoy dearly.

Joel Silva - Secretary

Age: 16

Grade: 10th

School: Covina High School

Clubs: D.A.W.G.S, Class Council ('07) President, A.S.B., Drama, STOMP Vice Pres., Alcyonians, and Random Peoples Club.

Interests: I like to be involved at school, especially in Drama Club and A.S.B. Stomp is also really fun and I can't stop stomping at home.

Reason for joining WCYC: To have a say in what goes on in my city and for myself.

Alice Hang - Member at large

Age: 16

Grade: 11th

School: Covina High School

Clubs: Drama, Mock Trial, Speech and Debate, The Random People's Club, Alcyonians, Journalism, Class Council ('06), and California Scholarship Federation.

Interests: Playing extreme badminton, pretending to be a food critique and most of all, doing homework.

Reason for joining WCYC: Taking part in the WCYC is a great and fun experience. It will pave the road to many more opportunities.

Richard Lee - Member at large

Age: 16

Grade: 11th

School: Covina High School

Clubs: Band, Tennis, A.S.B., Asian Culture Club, CSF and Journalism.

Interests: I have many interests from working out at the gym to sitting on the couch and play video games. I am always on the internet, whether or not I am home, but just being involved in many things and volunteering is a great interest.

Reason for joining WCYC: To help the city better itself. Making a difference.
