The City of West Covina continues to monitor the public health situation associated with COVID-19 and is taking necessary precautions due to the heighten concerns over the spread of COVID-19.

West Covina Veterans Memorial

We are proud to honor West Covina residents that have paid the highest sacrifice for our country. Their lives will never be forgotten and their sacrifice will always be remembered.

The City of West Covina Veterans Memorial was dedicated on Monday, May 30, 2016. The Veterans Memorial is located in City Hall's Civic Center Courtyard located at 1444 W. Garvey Ave South. 

On March 7, 2017, the City of West Covina City Council adopted Resolution No. 2017-9 joining the Hidden Heroes initiative in support of Military and Veteran Caregivers.  The Hidden Heroes program provides a support network to the increasing number of military and veteran caregivers that so generously give of their time and energy to care for loved ones that have returned home.  If you are a military or veteran caregiver and would like to know more about the support programs and network available through the Hidden Heroes program, you may view the website here.  Additionally, the VA Caregiver Support program is available to military and veteran caregivers including a VA Caregiver Support Hotline at 1-800-260-3274 or on the following website
