COVID-19 UPDATE REGARDING CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS
City Council Meetings will continue to be held, however it is recommended that participation by the community be conducted via email. The meeting will be available on youtube and the city channel (3). Comments and/or questions are to be emailed to the Assistant City Clerk, Lisa Sherrick at City_Clerk@westcovina.org and must be submitted no later than 6:30 pm on the day of the council meeting. Please indicate if its oral communication or reference the agenda item number.

The City Clerk is elected to office and is the custodian of the City seal. The City Clerk's Office is a main communication point between the community and the City by assisting the public in obtaining information in order to maintain the integrity of an open government.
The Office is responsible for preparing the City Council agenda and minutes, maintains City documents and agreements and maintains the City's Municipal Code.
The Office conducts City elections, administers Oaths of Office to elected officials and City Commissioners and assists with voter registration. For more information visit Election Information.
