The City of West Covina continues to monitor the public health situation associated with COVID-19 and is taking necessary precautions due to the heighten concerns over the spread of COVID-19.  

As the health and safety of our residents is of paramount importance, the City of West Covina has closed City Hall to the public and suspended all City-sponsored events until further notice.  In addition, City facilities have been temporary closed.  Please note the City will continue to operate.  For more information please visit the City’s webpage: Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Public Education Programs are usually scheduled Monday through Friday, (10:00am to 12:00pm or 2:00pm to 4:00pm), Saturday and Sundays (2:00pm to 4:00pm only). Please note that the program is scheduled depending on availability. For additional information please call (626) 939-8824.

If interested in the Fire Department's Public Education Program you can apply by downloading and completing the Public Education Program Request Form (PDF format). The form can be mailed to West Covina Fire Department, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue South, West Covina CA 9170 or by faxing the completed form to (626) 939-8650. Alternatively, you can simply fill out the online form below.
